John is a Dallas-area native who enjoys helping Chronim clients implement the Snider Method in their portfolios. He was born in Dallas and raised in Southlake, and he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Wake Forest University, with a Spanish minor. When he's not helping clients, he enjoys playing and coaching lacrosse, fly-fishing, reading and watching college sports.

Jesse, a native of small-town Pennsylvania, oversees all of the trades at Chronim. Although he was born in northwestern PA, he had his sights set on the big city lights. He attended Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated with a double major in Finance and Economics. While at RMU, he received both the Economics Senior Award and Distinguished Finance Graduate Award. Prior to his time at Chronim, he was an intern at Legend Financial Advisors, where he maintained performance and billing reports, as well as portfolio review, re-balancing and investment recommendation reports. Jesse is currently a Level II candidate in the CFA program.

Clayce Rodamer manages the day-to-day operations of Chronim Advisors. He carries many years of international consulting experience in the areas of pricing strategy, operations and business processes improvements. Prior to consulting, Clayce spent nearly 15 years at Daisytek International, the world's largest distributor of computer supplies. While there, he held such positions as Customer Programs Manager and Director of Worldwide Pricing and Profitability. He received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point and served as a Patriot Missile Officer in the U.S. Army.

Tyler comes to us from Oklahoma and uses his friendly nature to help clients use the Snider Method. Tyler grew up in Oklahoma City and earned his degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University (those "other" Cowboys). Outside the office, he enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding and practically all other sports – and he’s an avid reader, too, so pick his brain about the latest novels on The New York Times' bestseller list.

Carli hit the ground running and is already a pro at answering clients’ toughest questions. Carli grew up in San Antonio and received her degree in economics from TCU. She minored in both business and advertising/public relations, so there isn’t much Carli can’t do! After graduation, Carli participated in Vanderbilt University's Summer Business Institute program called Accelerator, which enabled her to provide sales and marketing solutions for several Fortune 500 companies. When's she's away from the office, she enjoys jogging, yoga, and various outdoor activities.

Jim is the co-developer of the Snider Investment Method^®. In fact, Kim and Jim are listed as co-inventors on the patent application. Jim's former career was an actuary and consultant with a major employee benefits consulting firm. Jim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in physics from Drake University and a Master of Science degree in physics from the University of Illinois.
