SERVICE

Chronim's Asset Management team will manage your account while you work, travel and spend time doing the things you love or have to do. Because we are experts in the Snider Investment Method, you can do those things with the peace of mind that comes from knowing your assets are being managed by the best in the business. We will serve as a liaison between you and the broker, place all of your trades for you and continually keep you updated and informed on your account performance.

WORKSHOP REBATE

Chronim’s Asset Management clients with an account of at least $200,000 are eligible to receive a rebate of their Snider Investment Method workshop fee. The rebate is $200 per month for up to 12 months. To receive the rebate, you must open your Asset Management account within one year of attending the workshop, and you must have paid the full amount for the workshop registration.

PERFOMANCE REPORTS

You will consistently receive monthly and quarterly performance statements from us, as well as an annual review. Many of our clients meet with us personally on a periodic basis and we certainly invite you to do the same. We want you to know what is happening with your money. In addition, Chronim's Asset Management clients have a special toll-free number, 1-866-952-0101 to contact us.

FEE BASED

Our Asset Management service is fee-based and is billed monthly, in arrears. Fees are calculated monthly and are based upon the asset value at the close of trading on options expiration day. You will receive an invoice and can elect to have fees deducted from your account, or you can pay by credit card. Unlike other Asset Management firms, our contract is month-to-month. You are not required to make a long-term commitment, nor will you have to pay entry or exit fees.

$100,000 - $500,000 : 2.50%
$500,000 - $2,000,000 : 2.00%
$2,000,000 - $5,000,000 : 1.50%
More than $5,000,000 : 1.00%

The fee is capped at the lowest fee for the next level. In other words, the fee for accounts under $500,000 is never more than 2% of $500,000. This effectively caps the fee for accounts between $400,000 and $500,000 at $833.33 per month (or $10,000 per year). Accounts between $1.5 million and $2.0 million are also effectively capped (not more than $30,000 per year/$2,500 per month which is 1.5% of $2 million.) The third cap applies to accounts between $3.3 million and $5.0 million ($50,000 per year/$4,166.66 per month).

Accounts owned by one person (or one married couple) are aggregated to determine the fee level applicable to all accounts.
